About

My name is Laurin and I’m a vegan who loves to cook and bake. I have an addiction to vegan cookbooks (well, maybe it’s not so bad–I only have four), and it’s terribly exciting to me to experiment and test out recipes. Strangely enough, I update this blog more regularly than my other blogs, so expect content a few times a week at least–unless I stop cooking and/or lose my camera (if I lost my camera I would still write about the recipes, I suppose).

In any case, I will also be posting recipes I’ve found on teh intarwebs, either yoinked from other veg food blogs or from the ppk or other forums. I will also veganize some tried and true recipes from my past (like banana nut bread, mmm) and I might even make a joke or two.

I hope that with time I will have a veritable treasure trove of vegan recipes and advice for veggies all over the ether that is the blogosphere. That’s my hope! We’ll see what actually happens!
